FAIL-SAFE AND BACKUP FUNCTION
The control is carried out, which keeps the safety driving by the preset control logic when the diagnostic trouble code is output. The diagnostic trouble code having the fail-safe function is as follows.
List of fail-safe and backup function items
Code No. Diagnosis item Control content during malfunction
P0016 Crank angle sensor/camshaft position sensor phase problem -The engine is stopped (fuel injection and pump pressure feed are stopped).
P0072 No. 2 intake air temperature sensor circuit low input -No. 2 intake air temperature is controlled as 50°C.
-Exhaust gas recirculation control is stopped (fully closed).
P0073 No. 2 intake air temperature sensor circuit high input -No. 2 intake air temperature is controlled as 50°C.
-Exhaust gas recirculation control is stopped (fully closed).
P0088 Common rail high pressure malfunction -The throttle valve is shut (opening fixed).
-The engine is stopped (fuel injection and pump pressure feed are stopped).
P0089 Suction control valve stuck -Rail pressure is controlled in the range from 50 to 100 MPa.
-Fuel injection is restricted (output restriction).
-The open angle of the accelerator pedal is controlled.
-The throttle valve is shut (opening fixed).
-Exhaust gas recirculation control is stopped (fully closed).
P0093 Fuel leak problem -The engine is stopped (fuel injection and pump pressure feed are stopped).
P0102 Air flow sensor circuit low input -Exhaust gas recirculation control is stopped (fully closed).
-Control is performed using the previous value.
P0103 Air flow sensor circuit high input -Exhaust gas recirculation control is stopped (fully closed).
-Control is performed using the previous value.
P0106 Manifold absolute pressure sensor range/performance problem -Manifold absolute pressure is controlled as 100 kPa.
-Exhaust gas recirculation control is stopped (fully closed).
P0107 Manifold absolute pressure sensor circuit low input -Manifold absolute pressure is controlled as 100 kPa.
-Exhaust gas recirculation control is stopped (fully closed).
P0108 Manifold absolute pressure sensor circuit high input -Manifold absolute pressure is controlled as 100 kPa.
-Exhaust gas recirculation control is stopped (fully closed).
P0112 No. 1 intake air temperature sensor circuit low input -No. 1 intake air temperature is controlled as 50°C.
-Exhaust gas recirculation control is stopped (fully closed).
P0113 No. 1 intake air temperature sensor circuit high input -No. 1 intake air temperature is controlled as 50°C.
-Exhaust gas recirculation control is stopped (fully closed).
P0117 Engine coolant temperature sensor circuit low input -Engine coolant temperature is controlled as 80°C (-25°C at startup).
-Exhaust gas recirculation control is stopped (fully closed).

มาป๋าเอกช่วยตอบครับ
ถ้าป๋าจขกทใช้กล่องคันเร่งแบบปลั๊กเสียบ (ํY socket)ให้ถอด Y ออก และเอาปลัีกเดิมเสียบเข้าที่ชุดคันเร่งของรถครับ
หากเป็นรุ่นที่ตัด/ต่อสายไฟคันเร่งให้ลองใช้ปลั๊กอุด (แต่ปัญหาอาจเกิดจากจุดตัด/ต่อสายไม่แน่นหนาก็ได้)
ตามที่ป๋าโดมลงไว้ P2127 และ P2128 เป็นปัญหาเกี่ยวกับสัญญาณคันเร่งชุดที่สอง
(ในรถที่ใช้คันเร่งไฟฟ้า ชุดคันเร่งจะสร้างสัญญาณการเหยียบมาสองชุดเพื่อความปลอดภัย
ECU จะเปรียบเทียบสองสัญญาณนี้ซึ่งจะต้องมีค่าสัมพันธ์กัน)
กรณีของป๋าคือสัญญาณคันเร่งชุดที่สองมีค่าต่ำเมื่อเทียบกับสัญญาณคันเร่งชุดแรกครับ (P2127)

มาป๋าเอกช่วยตอบครับ
ถ้าป๋าจขกทใช้กล่องคันเร่งแบบปลั๊กเสียบ (ํY socket)ให้ถอด Y ออก และเอาปลัีกเดิมเสียบเข้าที่ชุดคันเร่งของรถครับ
หากเป็นรุ่นที่ตัด/ต่อสายไฟคันเร่งให้ลองใช้ปลั๊กอุด (แต่ปัญหาอาจเกิดจากจุดตัด/ต่อสายไม่แน่นหนาก็ได้)
ตามที่ป๋าโดมลงไว้ P2127 และ P2128 เป็นปัญหาเกี่ยวกับสัญญาณคันเร่งชุดที่สอง
(ในรถที่ใช้คันเร่งไฟฟ้า ชุดคันเร่งจะสร้างสัญญาณการเหยียบมาสองชุดเพื่อความปลอดภัย
ECU จะเปรียบเทียบสองสัญญาณนี้ซึ่งจะต้องมีค่าสัมพันธ์กัน)
กรณีของป๋าคือสัญญาณคันเร่งชุดที่สองมีค่าต่ำเมื่อเทียบกับสัญญาณคันเร่งชุดแรกครับ (P2127)
